I have a collaborative approach in therapy and I work with clients with the following backgrounds:

Life-stage adjustments
Gender role pressures
The goal of parenting consultation is to provide guidance, support, and practical advice to parents dealing with various challenges or seeking to enhance their parenting skills.
Dating consultation provides personalized insights, tips, and strategies to help the client navigate the complexities of dating and improve their overall dating experience.
FEES FOR SERVICES
My current out of pocket rate is $130 for individual therapy and $150 for relational therapy per 50-minute session. Parenting and Dating consultation are not billed through insurance. My rate for these services is $100 per 50-minute session.
It is a core value of mine to support accessible therapy for all and especially to support people experiencing systemic oppression. Please do not hesitate to ask for a reduced fee.
Insurance – I am currently on panel with Excellus BCBS and Aetna PPO. If you have another insurance provider that you would like to use I can provide detailed statements/superbills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement for out-of-network services.
Disclaimer
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to provide patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
